Read the Information Package then fill out a Wellington and Guelph Application Form for Affordable Housing and send it according to the instructions on the form (see contact information below). Your name will be put on the waiting lists of all the housing providers you choose.
Federal Housing Providers maintain their own application forms and waiting lists. Contact the Federal Housing Providers directly to fill out their application form and submit it directly to them.
