The Wellington and Guelph Housing Access Centre (Wellington and Guelph Housing Services, 138 Wyndham Street North, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 4E8) looks after Application forms for rent-geared-to-income assistance and can be obtained from any Housing Provider.
The Access Centre will assess the completed application and if eligible, place it on the waiting lists of the Housing Providers you have chosen.
Any changes to your address or phone number must be reported to the Co-ordinated Access Centre at 837-5492.
WAYS TO APPLY FOR HOUSING
There are several ways to make an application for Housing.
Mail – You can call the Access Centre at (519) 837-5492 to have an application package sent to you.
Pick Up – You can pick up Application Forms at the following locations:
Download the Application– You can download the application from the Information and Application Package page in the Housing Section of the County of Wellington Website.
Apply Online - The Wellington and Guelph Housing Services department encourages applicants to use the online application system available through The County of Wellington’s Web Site. To access this Online Application System just click the link on the Apply Online page in the Housing Section of the website.
