How to Contact a Programme Advisor
You can contact a Programme Advisor at Child Care Services if you have a concern or complaint about a licensed child care programme. You can communicate with us either by phone, email or in writing. The Programme Advisor will listen to your concerns and can provide advice, information, resources or mediation if necessary. Complaints can be made in confidence.
