7. Attend Land Division meetings.

8. If decision or condition is appealed, Ontario Municipal Board holds public hearing and decides.

9. Fulfill all conditions of Provisional Consent.
Prepare survey and legal documents.

10. Receive consent stamp/certificate from Land Division. Now register documents at the Land Registry/Land Titles Office.

11. Property is available for development.
